You may author Codex Plug-In Technology
 compliant Plug-Ins and Applications using a wide variety of programming
 languages.
Any development environment which can create Windows executables and call
 Windows DLLs may be used to create Codex Plug-In Technology compliant
 solutions. These include but are not limited to:

	Microsoft Visual Studio
 .NET (managed and unmanaged)

	Microsoft Visual Studio
 (previous versions)

	Borland Delphi (all
 versions, including .NET)

	Borland C# Builder
 (all versions)

	Borland C++ Builder (all
 versions)

As long as your programming language has support
 for creating Windows executables and can call Windows DLLs, you may code
 in that language for creating Codex Plug-In Technology compliant applications.
 These include but are not limited to:

	C, C++, C#, J#

	Object Pascal

	Visual Basic
